K-Line Construction Ltd. Acquires and Merges Woodstock and Fredericton Electric Contractors

The Woodstock, New Brunswick-based K-Line Group of Companies today announced the acquisition and merger of Fredericton-based DC Electrical and Woodstock-based Sarchfield Electric, two established electrical firms that have operated in New Brunswick for decades. Both companies will now operate under the DC Electrical brand and join the K-Line Group of Companies.
